1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Swat Math (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial entertainment.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App.
- Don't use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Don't resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on any specific iOS version forever.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which, in the current free release, is zero).
6. Third-party services
The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. Your use of that service through the App is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy, summarised on our Privacy page.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
